A Philippine customer purchased one GHJ-200 High shear mixer from Bole Tech

Today a Philippine customer placed an order of one set GHJ-200 High Shear Mixer from Changzhou Bole Tech Co.,Ltd.

The total volume of GHJ-200 High shear mixer is 200L, it will be used in the wet mixing process in the compound seasoning granules production process. First seasoning powder materials will be fed into the high shear mixer, and then be mixed with liquid. After the mixing, the wet mixture will be transferred to the Extruding Granulator for granulating. After granulating the strip granules will be dried by the Fluid bed dryer and screened by a Vibrating Sieve. Then the qualified size granules will be transferred to the packaging machine and be packaged in the bags.

High shear mixer is always used together with extruding granulator, Fluid Bed Granulator and vibrating sieve for producing Chinese medicine granules, compound seasoning, solid beverages, animal food, cat litter, fertilizer, pesticides and so on.
