Product Description

Fluid Bed Granulator is a common granulation equipment in the food industry, widely used in the granulation production process of instant granular beverages, seasonings and other products, such as:

In the pharmaceutical industry, Fluidized Bed Granulator converts loose powder into particles for the production of solid dosage forms to improve compaction and flow characteristics. The dried particles can be used for tablet pressing or capsule filling, or as instant granules.

The Fluid bed granulator dryer is composed of air inlet heating system, filtration system, fluidization system, spray system, exhaust system and control system.

The heating system can use steam heating, electric heating, thermal oil heating, and hot blast furnace heating, etc.

The filtration system adopts primary, intermediate, and HEPA three-stage filtration to ensure that the inlet air reaches 100000 level purification.

For materials that are prone to moisture absorption, the air intake system can also be equipped with a dehumidifier.

The control system is touch screen&PLC control, which is easy to operate and has a high degree of automation. Button based control systems can also be used according to customer requirements.

If the adhesive uses organic solvents such as ethanol, the equipment can adopt explosion-proof configuration to ensure the safety of the equipment and operators.

The equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L, which meets GMP requirements
