Description of High Shear Mixer:
The GHJ vertical High shear mixer consists of a bottom mixing blades and a high speed cutting blades. The mixing blades continuously feed the bottom material upwards along the chamber wall. The high speed cutting blades thoroughly crush the material sent by the mixing blades. Cycle the materials to form a vortex shape, achieving the goal of evenly mixing the materials in a short period of time.
Several formulas are added to the working container at once, and then mixed with adhesive. Or one formula and adhesive are added to the working container at once, mixed by the mixing paddle to make a soft material, and then cut into particles by the cutting blades.
By controlling the solubility of the adhesive and cutting time, particles with different sizes can be obtained, ensuring that the quality of particle size distribution, density, flowability, and other aspects of the production can reach a high level of repetition between batches. The equipment automatically produces according to the same program, ensuring the mixing quality of the product.
